This is an English translation for convenience. The Operator is located in the Russian Federation and processes personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

This Policy explains what personal data TESLAMP (the “Operator”) collects on tesla-mp.ru and its Russian-language version (the “Site”), why it is needed, where it is stored, who it is shared with and how you can control your data.

When you submit an enquiry, your consent to personal data processing is given in a separate document — the Consent to Personal Data Processing.

3.1. Enquiry form data that you provide yourself:

We do not process special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, etc.) or biometric data.

4. Purposes, legal grounds and retention

  1. Handling your enquiry and contacting you — replying, checking compatibility, quoting shipping.
    Legal ground: your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ).
    Data: sections 3.1 and 3.2.
  2. Processing and fulfilling your order, shipping.
    Legal ground: performance of a contract to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ).
    Data: sections 3.1 and 3.3.
  3. Analysing Site traffic and improving the Site (Yandex Metrica).
    Legal ground: the Operator’s legitimate interest in analysing how the Site works (Art. 6(1)(7) of Law 152-FZ). You may object and opt out — see section 8.
    Data: section 3.4.
  4. Protecting the form from spam and abuse — limiting the number of enquiries from one IP address.
    Legal ground: the Operator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(7) of Law 152-FZ).
    Data: IP address in irreversibly hashed form, kept for no longer than 1 hour.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept as long as needed for purposes 1–2, but no longer than 400 days from receipt, after which it is deleted automatically. Copies of enquiries in the Operator’s mailbox are deleted within the same period. If you withdraw consent, your data is destroyed within 30 days unless the Operator has another legal ground to process it (e.g. an unfinished order).

5. How and where data is processed

The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision) in the cases listed in section 6, blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without automated means.

Data is stored in Russia. Enquiries submitted on the Site are recorded and stored on the hosting provider’s server located in the Russian Federation. The enquiry email is delivered to the Operator’s mailbox on the same hosting.

The Operator does not transfer personal data across borders. If you choose to message us on Telegram or WhatsApp yourself, that correspondence is processed by those services under their own terms.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data: data is sent from the Site over HTTPS only; enquiries are stored outside the public part of the server with access limited to the Operator; enquiries are validated on the server and the form is protected against automated submissions.

8. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The Site uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (YANDEX LLC, Russia). Metrica stores cookies in your browser and collects the data listed in section 3.4, including via Session Replay (Webvisor), which records on-page actions (clicks and scrolling). We use this data in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. Yandex processes the data under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use and the Yandex Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Metrica by:

Disabling cookies does not prevent you from using the Site or submitting enquiries.

9. Your rights

Under Law 152-FZ you have the right to:

Send requests and consent withdrawals to info@tesla-mp.ru. The Operator replies within 10 working days of receipt. This period may be extended by up to 5 working days, in which case the Operator will notify you of the reasons.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.
