Consent to Personal Data Processing
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the enquiry form on tesla-mp.ru and submitting the enquiry, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to TESLAMP (the “Operator”; email info@tesla-mp.ru) to process my personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” on the following terms.
1. Purposes
Handling my enquiry and contacting me; checking compatibility and selecting an adapter; calculating shipping cost and delivery time; processing and fulfilling my order.
2. Personal data
- name;
- phone number, Telegram username or email address;
- shipping city / country, if provided;
- Tesla model and year, comment to the enquiry, if provided;
- date and time of submission, IP address and browser information.
3. Processing actions and methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision) in the cases listed in section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without automated means.
4. Transfer of data
I agree that my data may be transferred:
- to the Operator’s hosting provider — to store it on servers located in the Russian Federation;
- when an order is placed — to the carrier used for my shipment, only to the extent needed to ship the order.
My personal data is not transferred across borders by the Operator.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 400 days from submitting the enquiry, or until withdrawn.
I may withdraw this consent by emailing the Operator at info@tesla-mp.ru. The Operator will then stop processing and destroy my data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless it has another legal ground for processing (e.g. to fulfil an order already placed).
6. Other
I confirm that I have read the Operator’s Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed and my rights as a data subject.
